Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff!
I enjoyed my stay for a few nights and appreciated the spacious King Suite. The staff were always ready to assist, especially Sampson, who made my arrival smooth. Breakfast offered satisfying options, although some non-dairy choices would be a nice addition. Remember to check the pool hours for relaxation time!

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Forrest City. The check-in was quick, and Mia at the front desk was super welcoming. My room was really clean. I didn't even have to wipe anything down. They had a good variety for breakfast, which was enjoyable. The indoor pool was a big hit after a long drive. However, the shower had some issues, it sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, making it a bit slippery. The bathroom sink had excellent water pressure but could use better maintenance. These small issues could really improve the stay.

I had an awesome time with my friends during our stay. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the indoor pool after hiking in Village Creek State Park. The location was perfect for exploring outdoor activities like fishing and horseback riding too. The fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout before our adventures.
The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have that fixed promptly.

This place was an excellent fit for taking strolls in Forrest City at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Try to ask for a room on the 4th floor for less noise.

The quick check-in process was a breeze and the room was spacious with great toiletries! I loved unwinding in the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long drive. Just a heads up, the cleaning could use a little extra love, but I’d definitely come back! 😊

Friendly staff and comfy rooms
I stayed for one night with my family and had a wonderful experience. The staff was efficient and welcoming during check-in and check-out, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast offered a great selection, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being close to the interstate. One area for improvement would be to offer individual coffee pots in the rooms for added convenience.

exceptional service during a difficult time
The kitchen staff and front desk went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They accommodated our request to hold a baby shower for my niece, which was a wonderful gesture. The staff truly deserves recognition for their outstanding effort during the tornado situation we faced.
However, the common areas could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

I was really impressed with the breakfast options—they had everything from egg white omelets to pancakes! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when they let us host a baby shower during our stay. The room was clean and comfy, though the pillows could use a refresh.
